THE PERSON BEHIND TxJ

A personal approach

I’m Tristan, owner of TxJ Consulting, based Byron Bay, Australia. When I’m not working, you’ll find me volunteering with the Rural Fire Service, out running with Polo, my two-year-old Springer Spaniel, or learning to fly at Gold Coast or Ballina Airport.

Professionally, my background spans Redkite Law LLP, Deloitte, Rothschild & Co and Terra Firma Capital Partners. I now work as an advisor, drawing on that experience and a Master’s in Human Resource Management.

I’m an Australian-qualified Certificate IV chef and a former Food & Beverage Manager, and General Manager at an award-winning island destination on the Great Barrier Reef.

Based out of Byron Bay, New South Wales.
